Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, any changes will take effect on the date they are amended on the site, the latest revision is in the footer below.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
We accept returns for items up to 14 days after you have received them. If you would like to return an item, please contact us first either by email email@example.com or telephone 07778 141505 stating your order number and reason for return. All returns must be complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition. It must be returned with the original packaging if possible. The return postage is be paid by you (unless the item is faulty). You will however receive a full refund via the method your original payment method (excluding original delivery charge). If your order was delivered free, we reserve to right to deduct a charge for delivery.
Goods are dispatched once payment has cleared. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, however during the busy beekeeping season your orders may not always be dispatched within this timeframe. You will receive, via email, confirmation once the order is placed, confirmation when we are processing your order and confirmation when you order is on its way or ready for collection.
We use Royal Mail and other couriers for deliveries. Our couriers will either email or text you with an estimated day and time of delivery. Some Couriers may allow us to leave your parcel in a safe place if you request this via the special delivery instructions when you process your order but please note that any orders left without a signature, as per your instructions, are your responsibility. Small orders may go with Royal Mail, we use their 2nd class postal service. Delivery costs are calculated on the overall weight of the order.
All carriage costs quoted on the website are for delivery to mainland UK and Wales only.
We can deliver anywhere, however please contact the team before you order via email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your postcode and what you would like to order, and we will email you back a quote for the delivery costs.
CLICK AND COLLECT
All products are also available for collection from Alresford. Just select this option when going through the checkout and we will contact you when the order is ready.
RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, we will replace them free of charge. Please contact us by email at email@example.com for instructions on how to return, as we will only use our own authorised couriers for return of faulty goods. Once we have the goods back, we will issue a refund or replacements, as you prefer.
All personal data will be treated as confidential, and we fully comply with the UK Data Protection Act.
