We are very excited to offer our guest honey from the Chiltern Hills in Buckinghamshire, These 340g (12oz) jars of ‘Mira’s Meliferas Honey’ is a must for every honey lover.

Mira has been keeping bees for many years and is an extremely passionate beekeeper, her bees forage on farmland near Chesham in Buckinghamshire, she only takes a small amount of honey from her bees each season, leaving them with more than enough to see them through the longest of winters.

Her local honey is strained as soon as it is removed the supers so that she can jar the very best product from her colonies. Mira’s bees produce a multi-floral honey as they forage on a variety of wild and farmed trees and plants and the differing nectar sources can greatly influence the colour of the honey.
