A 340g (12oz) jar of ‘The Hampshire Bee Company Honey’ this is the most popular product that we sell. All of our honey is produced by our rescued honeybee colonies that are kept on farmland in and around Old Alresford in Hampshire.
Our honey is strained as soon as it is removed the supers so that we can jar the very best product from our colonies. Our rescued bees produce a multi-floral honey as they forage on a variety of wild and farmed trees and plants and the differing nectar sources can greatly influence the colour of the honey. A bee skep beeswax candle, our hand-crafted Bee Skep candles are made from 100% beeswax that our rescued honeybees have produced. The beeswax is a natural by-product of our honey extraction process. Once the wax has been rendered to remove any larger impurities the molten beeswax is filtered through a fine mesh to produce a very clean wax suitable for candle making.
All candles are handmade by myself and a small team of willing helpers and are a beautiful gift for anyone who loves bees and wants a natural alternative to paraffin wax candles.
When burnt, beeswax releases negative ions, which helps to remove toxins from the air and can help to remove odours from our homes, they are particularly useful in the kitchen. A lip balm, our 15ml All-Natural Lip Balm is made from 100% beeswax that our rescued honeybees have produced. The beeswax is a natural by-product of our honey extraction process. Once the wax has been rendered to remove any larger impurities the molten beeswax is filtered through a fine mesh to produce a very clean wax suitable for making lip balm.
Our All- Natural Lip Balm is blended at one part beeswax, one part cocoa butter and three parts sunflower oil to produce a lip balm which will nourish and protect lips or any other dry skin.
All our honey and beeswax products come from colonies we rescue and relocate to Old Alresford, Hampshire.
Directions for Use:
Use finger to soften the balm then apply to lips or any other dry skin where needed. A little goes a long way!
